an ode to eggs.

A blog post in which I fry an egg just because. Eggs are pretty much my favorite breakfast food in any form. Fried, poached, scrambled, or baked.. I have a non-discrimination policy. Also can we all agree that egg sandwiches, or any sandwiches for that matter, taste so much better when they're diagonally cut? Because they just do. So yeah, there's that.

    I don't usually comment on blogs, but I was blown away by the depth and insight of this particular post. I, too, revel in the sheer variety of ways in which one is able to enjoy the egg in all its glorious forms. I also like how you've dressed to match and complement the hues of our favourite nutritional staple.

    I agree triangle sandwiches always taste better closely followed by ones cut into quarters
    I love eggs too my choice is soft boiled with toast soldiers x
