cut 'em up.

vintage leather shorts; Nasty Gal crop top; Forever 21 cardigan; Steve Madden shoes; Forever 21 belt; Evil Twin c/o Material Attention cross ring; shop beaumonstre turquoise ring; vintage & handcrafted rings
Last night I was hell bent on cutting up some clothes & these vintage leather shorts were one of the pieces in my path of destruction. I bought these buttery soft babies last year & probably only ever wore them once because they were so long & awkward shaped so after a little snip snip they're about 3 inches shorter & a lot less awkward to wear. Hollaaaa.

    I looove that shirt and the shorts came out great, cutting up clothes is such a stress reliever, since I've sworn off trousers I've been cutting them all up to wear as shorts, its the kind of decision I'll probably regret when Winter comes around, but until then, I have a shitload of new shorts.

    God, every time I try and cut something up, I make a mess. I've ruined so many things from doing that. That being said, those shorts look fantastic and super wearable, they turned out well. I love them with the crop top.

    I have a pair of leather shorts I'm obsessed with but theyre also a little too long which only allows me to wear them with tights - LOVE LOVE LOVE this idea of cutting them must try it, it should definitely help
