It's been raining cats & ma effin' dogs outside this whole week so I had to get a little creative & shoot inside. I typically hate inside pictures because they totally can't compete with the natural light outside but my creepy little basement worked out pretty okay (Dolce even made a quick cameo too). Onto my outfit.. I got these gorgeous lace shorts courtesy of Lulu's & Chictopia & their "chic rewards" program. Basically anytime someone comments on one of your photos, etc. on Chictopia you get points & when you accumulate enough points BOOM you're able to redeem them for really sweet clothes & accessories from equally sweet retailers. Also, if you're a long time reader of my blog you guys know my love for otk socks. Socks in general.. when I was little I had the most badass sock & shoe collection. My mom would literally buy me a new pair of shoes or socks to match every single outfit. So when Ozone Socks asked if they could send me over some socks I was like uh, YEAH.     Ahh I have been eyeballing these shorts for a while. Everytime I see someone wearing them I see a new way to wear them, have to say I would never have teamed them with frilly high white socks, but you pull it off!

    I love that you put your own twist on otherwise conventional trends

    So I'm super happy that I've regained the use of my arms (that sounds a bit dramatic), but seriously I missed the shit out of my favorite blogs- yours included of course. I actually love the basement photos! You look adorable, so does your cat, everybody wins.
